The Meridian Standard · v1

How every Meridian site is designed.

This page shows the design rules and the customer-journey pattern behind Meridian's work, so you know what to expect before we start. Meridian's own colors are used here as the example — your agency's site keeps your brand.

Typography

An editorial serif for headlines gives the site a considered, established voice. A clean sans for everything you read, at 16px or larger.

Display — Newsreader

Coverage, explained plainly.

Section heading

Four jobs every agency site has to do.

Body — Inter, 16–18px

Prospects arrive with a specific question. The page should answer it, show who will help, and make the next step obvious.

Actions

One primary action per page. A quieter secondary action when a visitor needs another way in.

Surfaces & color

Customer journey

Progress, plain questions, and a clean handoff.

Every journey shows where the visitor is, lets them go back or start over, and ends with a summary your producer can act on. This is the same example used on the homepage.

Concept blueprint

Five sections in every agency concept.

When Meridian prepares a concept for an agency, it follows this order — in that agency's own brand, not Meridian's.

  1. 01

    Agency hero

Who the agency serves, where, and what makes it different — in the owner's own words. One primary action.

  2. 02

    Three verified opportunities

Three specific things the current site misses, each one checked against the live site — never guessed.

  3. 03

    Customer journey

The guided path a visitor would take on this agency's site, designed around its lines and offices.

  4. 04

    Producer handoff

What the agency's team would receive at the end of that journey: organized, readable, ready to call.

  5. 05

    Darius close

A short, personal note from Darius and one clear way to talk.
